As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will:
Source and interview high-quality candidatesBuild relationships with clients and win new businessManage the recruitment process from start to finishNegotiate offers and close dealsBecome an expert within your specialist market This is a sales-driven role that offers exceptional financial rewards and long-term progression for highly motivated individuals.
