Property Litigation Solicitor – Exeter
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with experience in property litigation, land disputes, landlord and tenant matters or wider civil litigation who is looking for their next career move.
As the successful candidate, you will deal with a varied caseload of contentious property matters, acting predominantly for private clients. There will also be scope to broaden your experience across other areas of civil and commercial dispute resolution, depending on your existing expertise and areas of interest.
The Role – Property & Land Disputes
You will take responsibility for your own caseload and advise clients across a range of property, land and civil disputes.
Your caseload is likely to include:
Residential possession claims and proceedingsRent arrears and rent recoveryLandlord and tenant disputesResidential property disputesLand and ownership disputesBoundary disputesContractual disputesGeneral civil litigation and dispute resolution The role also provides you with the opportunity to become involved in other areas of contentious legal work. This will depend on your experience and the areas of practice you are keen to develop.
What Are We Looking For?
Applications are invited from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with experience in property litigation, civil litigation, dispute resolution or a related contentious practice area.
You are likely to have:
Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive qualificationIdeally 1+ years' PQEExperience dealing with property disputes, land litigation or civil litigation The firm will consider lawyers at different stages of their career where their experience and skill set are relevant to the position.
