You'll have significant ownership, work closely with Product and Design teams, and help build scalable systems that support a rapidly expanding customer base.

The Role
Build, scale, and maintain backend services using PythonDesign and develop APIs that power key platform functionalityWork closely with Product and Design teams to deliver customer-focused solutionsContribute to architecture decisions that improve performance, scalability, and reliabilityDevelop systems across onboarding, customer management, communications, integrations, and operational toolingTake ownership of features and projects from design through deploymentPromote engineering best practices and high-quality code standardsSupport the growth of a modern cloud-based platform serving a growing user base Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience with Python backend developmentExperience working with Django, Flask, or similar frameworksExpertise designing and building REST APIsStrong knowledge of distributed systems and web application architectureExperience working with relational databases and ORM technologiesExposure to AWS and cloud-native environmentsExperience building customer-facing products within SaaS, marketplace, consumer technology, or other product-led businessesAbility to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teamsProduct-minded approach with a strong sense of ownership What They Offer
