Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at our Rochester head office.
The Opportunity – Hit the Ground Running! A hot desk, tons of live vacancies and an uncapped commission structure!
We're not looking for someone to sit around waiting for vacancies to come in. We have an established desk packed with live temporary and temp-to-permanent roles ready to work on immediately, and we need a driven Resourcer who can help turn those vacancies into successful placements.
You'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants, sourcing candidates, building talent pools and filling live vacancies across our client base.
With plenty of immediate opportunities to make placements, this is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced recruitment environment and wants their hard work to be rewarded.
Our commission structure is uncapped, giving you the opportunity to boost your earnings as you contribute to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities Source suitable candidates for a high volume of live temporary and temp-to-permanent vacancies.Proactively search job boards, social media, CV databases and other candidate channels.Contact, screen and register potential candidates.Match candidates to suitable vacancies and arrange interviews or client introductions.Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to develop an active talent pool.Support recruitment consultants with vacancy fulfilment and urgent staffing requirements.Manage candidate availability and maintain regular contact with workers.Ensure candidate records, registrations and compliance documentation are accurately maintained.Help maximise placements, fulfilment rates and desk revenue.Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an excellent service to clients and candidates. About You We're looking for someone who is energetic, resourceful and motivated to succeed.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous recruitment resourcing or recruitment agency experience, preferably within temporary or high-volume recruitment.Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.The confidence to make proactive candidate calls and build relationships.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.A persistent, solutions-focused approach to sourcing hard-to-find candidates.The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A target-driven mindset and a desire to earn uncapped commission. Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous, but we're also interested in hearing from ambitious individuals with strong sales, customer service or candidate-facing experience.
