Logistics Coordinator
Location: NorthamptonJob Type: Full-timeWorking Arrangement: Hybrid Join a growing logistics and fulfilment business as a Logistics Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics, fulfilment, customer service, or account coordination who enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Day-to-day of the role:
Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts via telephone and email.Manage day-to-day operational enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.Process customer orders and oversee related communications with both clients and internal teams.Maintain accurate records and update client enquiries through internal systems in line with agreed service standards.Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and commercial teams to support the smooth delivery of services.Monitor and manage client requests, ensuring deadlines and service level commitments are met.Assist with account administration, including service billing and reporting activities.Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support long-term client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience within logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, customer operations, or a similar environment.Strong customer service and relationship management skills.Experience working to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).Good commercial awareness and confidence handling billing or administrative processes.Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
