Are you a fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills and a naturally inquisitive mindset?
We're supporting a specialist organisation that delivers enhanced due diligence and screening services on behalf of international clients. They are looking to appoint an Arabic Speaking Screening Interviewer to conduct detailed video interviews, gather information, identify anomalies and produce high-quality written reports in English.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys asking the right questions, analysing information and engaging with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
The Role
You'll be responsible for conducting structured, video-recorded interviews in Arabic, reviewing due diligence information and producing accurate English-language summaries and findings.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing interview plans through the review of due diligence reportsIdentifying anomalies, concerns and areas requiring further investigationConducting professional video-based interviews in ArabicBuilding rapport whilst obtaining clear and accurate informationProducing concise and detailed written reports in EnglishLiaising directly with clients and applicants throughout the interview processSupporting wider due diligence and investigative activities where required What We're Looking For
Fluent Arabic language skills with excellent spoken and written EnglishStrong interpersonal, questioning and listening abilitiesNaturally inquisitive and objective approachAbility to quickly absorb and analyse informationConfident communicator, both verbally and in writingStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook and databasesProfessional, organised and self-motivated Desirable Experience
Previous interviewing experience, either remotely or face-to-faceInvestigations, intelligence, compliance, vetting, due diligence or screening backgroundsTranslation or interpretation experienceResearch, analysis or fact-finding experience Why Apply?
