Management Accountant | Farnborough | £40,000-£53,000 OTE + Bonus & Benefits
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Part Qualified level Management Accountant to join a growing international business based in Farnborough. Reporting to the CFO, you'll take ownership of financial reporting, lead a small finance team, and help drive process improvements across the function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.Prepare management accounts, financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and accounting policies.Support audits, tax reporting and statutory requirements.Maintain and improve ERP and financial reporting systems.Lead and develop a small finance team, overseeing AP, AR, Payroll and Stockroom functions.Drive process improvements and support business performance reporting.
About You
Degree qualified and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification.Minimum 3 years' finance/accounting experience.Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills.Advanced Excel skills with excellent analytical ability.Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines.Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
Desirable
SAP or other ERP/MRP system experience.Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.Experience within manufacturing, distribution or stock-controlled environments.
