The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. You’ll play an important role within the branch, using your experience to maximise opportunities and help customers successfully move home.
Generating and booking property valuationsConducting property viewings with prospective buyersNegotiating offers and agreeing on salesProgressing sales through to exchange and completionMaximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will:
Ideally, have previous sales experienceBe able to generate new business in a target-driven environmentDeliver outstanding customer care and serviceBe resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-orientedHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle Our Commitment to Inclusion
