Job Description Connells is looking for a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Connells Marshalswick branch.

Building strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleaguesGenerating new business and making the most of referral opportunitiesLearning about mortgage and protection products through structured trainingSupporting customers throughout their home-buying journeyDelivering excellent customer service while working towards sales targetsWorking towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor What we're looking for
Previous sales experience and a track record of achieving targetsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA positive attitude, ambition and a genuine desire to succeedA customer-focused approach and a professional mannerGood organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentConfidence using IT systems, including Microsoft OfficeA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Why Connells?
