Primary Teacher – Hertfordshire Location: Hertfordshire and surrounding areas
Salary: £35,602 – £54,328 per annum, dependent on experience

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a permanent opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school?
We are working in partnership with a range of friendly and inclusive primary schools across Hertfordshire, who are looking to appoint enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join their teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about education and committed to helping children achieve their full potential in a positive and engaging learning environment.
The Role As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all pupils within your class.
You will work closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team to create a positive classroom environment where pupils feel supported, motivated and encouraged to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessonsDifferentiating teaching and learning to meet a range of abilities and needsCreating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environmentMonitoring, assessing and recording pupil progressSetting appropriate learning objectives and supporting pupils to achieve their potentialBuilding positive and professional relationships with pupilsManaging classroom behaviour positively, consistently and effectivelyWorking closely with Teaching Assistants and colleagues to support pupil learningCommunicating effectively with parents and carers where appropriateContributing to the wider life of the school and school community About You The successful candidate will be:
A qualified teacher with relevant primary teaching experiencePassionate about teaching and supporting children's learning and developmentConfident delivering engaging and creative lessonsAble to differentiate effectively to meet individual learning needsConfident managing classroom behaviour in a positive and consistent mannerPatient, enthusiastic and nurturingAble to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and familiesOrganised, reliable and committed to providing high-quality teachingKeen to contribute positively to the wider life of the school Previous experience working within a primary school setting is essential, and experience within the relevant year group would be advantageous.
