The Role
You will handle a varied private family caseload including:
Divorce and financial remedy mattersPrivate children workPre- and post-nuptial agreementsSeparation and cohabitation mattersNegotiations, advocacy and client advisory workManaging your own caseload and client relationships About You
5+ PQE in private family lawStrong experience across financial remedy and children mattersConfident managing your own caseload from instruction through to resolutionStrong client care, drafting and advocacy skillsSolicitor or Legal Executive with a proactive and commercial approach Why Join?
