Your responsibilities as Employer Partnerships Manager Develop relationships with employers across the West Midlands to create recruitment opportunities – travel to clients in the Black Country and Birmingham is requiredGenerate new business partnerships through networking, referrals and targeted outreach activitySecure vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for learnersAttend business events, careers fairs and stakeholder meetings to expand employer engagementMaintain accurate CRM records and contribute towards performance targets and reportingIdentify opportunities for employer-funded training and wider commercial partnerships
What we’re looking for in an Employer Partnerships Manager Previous experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, sales or account managementExperience building relationships with senior decision-makers and external stakeholdersKnowledge of employability, skills, training or apprenticeship programmes would be advantageousExperience managing pipelines, opportunities and CRM systemsFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel to clients in the Black Country and Birmingham
Working Hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
