Maplewood Recruitment are working closely with an established residential childcare provider with several homes rated 'good' and 'outstanding' with Ofsted. We are supporting our client with the opening of their newest service based in Burton-on-Trent, and we are currently looking for experienced senior residential support workers, team leaders and deputy managers for full time permanent positions to provide support to vulnerable young people between the ages of 8 - 18.
Main requirements:
To have current experience working within a residential children's homeA minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Residential ChildcareA passion for supporting vulnerable young peopleFlexibility for shift work that includes alternate weekends and sleep in'sMust hold a full UK driving licenceExperience and knowledge around the roles and responsibilities, Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
