About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Occupational Health Technician to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients and their employees.
Working as part of our occupational health team, you will carry out a range of health assessments and screening activities, helping to promote employee wellbeing and support people to remain healthy and at work.
Key responsibilities Carry out occupational health screening and health assessments.Undertake health surveillance in line with relevant workplace requirements.Complete measurements such as blood pressure, pulse, height, weight and BMI.Perform appropriate health checks and screening tests following training and competency requirements.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.Provide employees with appropriate health and wellbeing information.Identify any concerns and escalate to an Occupational Health Nurse or other appropriate clinician when required.Work professionally and sensitively with employees from a wide range of backgrounds.
