Job Title: Pre-Boarder (Drylining / Plasterboarding)
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Pay Rate: £19 per hour
Duties Include:
Preparing internal timber or steel stud frames for drywall installation.
Applying sealant/silicone and installing thermal/acoustic insulation into wall cavities prior to boarding.
Checking frame alignments, cut-outs, and tape work to ensure surfaces are prepped for dryliners.
Assisting the wider trade team with general site prep and material handling.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working area in accordance with site safety standards.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card.
Previous experience in pre-boarding, insulation installation, or general drylining prep work.
Full PPE (steel toe boots, hi-vis, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves).
Own standard hand tools for preparation and sealing work.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attention to detail.
