Academics Tunbridge Wells is an established name in education recruitment, with fantastic relationships across EYFS, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools throughout Kent and East Sussex. We're an enthusiastic, supportive team with big ambitions, and we're looking for someone who shares our drive to grow.
What will you be doing? Building strong relationships with schools across Kent and East Sussex.
Connecting talented teachers and support staff with rewarding opportunities.
Developing your own network of candidates and clients.
Managing the recruitment process from initial conversations through to successful placements.
Identifying new business opportunities and helping grow our presence across the region.
Working collaboratively with a passionate team that celebrates success.

What's on offer? £27,000-£35,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
