As Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, winning new business and developing your colleagues to achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing a successful residential sales teamDriving branch profitability, market share and business performanceWinning new business through valuations and property listingsSupporting and mentoring colleagues to achieve individual and team successBuilding strong relationships with customers and the local communityMonitoring performance, analysing results and implementing business plansEnsuring compliance with industry regulations and company standardsDelivering an outstanding customer journey from instruction through to completion What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced estate agency professional who can demonstrate:
Proven leadership experience within residential estate agencyA successful track record of delivering results and growing market shareStrong leadership and people development skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to drive branch performanceExcellent communication, negotiation and organisational skillsA proactive, customer-focused approachA full UK driving licence What We Offer:
