Project Supervisor .
Location: Maple Cross, Rickmansworth (Hybrid) – office based 2-3 days per week
Type: Full-time, permanent
Reporting Line: Head of Projects
Role Overview:
The opportunity has arisen for a Project Supervisor to oversee global ongoing Programme and maintenance projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget, whilst ensuring the company's standards are upheld throughout each project's development and execution. This is a hands-on position where the Project Supervisor will be involved in managing the install base monitoring team, coordinating with Operations team and client to organise planned and reactive site visits and deployments, working with key strategic partners, and more. We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of managing complex, customer facing projects under demanding timelines.
To support our US clients, typical working pattern will be:
2 days per week in the office working 9am – 5:30pm3 days working remotely from home from 11:30am – 8pm
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage sensor maintenance project from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and project executionDeliver consistent project management and direction to ensure the client and internal team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake during the operational executionDaily collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones, regularly maintaining the Gantt to track progress and reflect plan updatesRegularly maintain RAID logsMaintain project dashboards and provide weekly status updates to customersIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathsSupport process updates and initiatives that are critical to successfully implementing your projectsFacilitate formal transition points with onsite team, support partners and monitor deliverables until agreed launch/project milPrestone is achieved
Key Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in global project management which includes client interaction, specifically UK and US regionExperience in running multiple projects concurrently including scope, requirements, timelines and resource allocationHands-on experience with creating and maintaining standard project artifacts such as Gantts, RAID logs, etc.Experience collaborating with overseas teams internally and externally
