Immigration Specialist
Certain Advantage is hiring for an Immigration Specialist based in Filton on an initial 11-month contract
35 Hours Per Week Rate: £46.82 Per hour Umbrella
The Role Manage UK immigration processes for business travel and short-term assignments.Liaise with external immigration providers and manage visa applications.Coordinate A1 and Health Insurance Certificate requests.Monitor visa expiry dates and manage renewals.Provide immigration advice and support to HR, managers and employees.Deliver immigration guidance and awareness sessions.Manage immigration requirements for non-UK/non-Irish external hires.Ensure compliance with Home Office sponsor licence obligations.Manage provider invoices and contribute to immigration projects.Monitor immigration legislation and ensure ongoing compliance. The Individual Strong experience or qualification in UK immigration (essential).Employment/labour law qualification (desirable).Experience working with external providers or government bodies.Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Committed to compliance, integrity and continuous improvement.
