The Role
As Assistant Pub Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service and a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Pub Manager in the smooth operation of the businessDeliver outstanding customer service and lead by exampleHelp manage staff, including training and rota planningOversee food and drink service to ensure high standardsAssist with stock control, ordering, and cash handlingSupport the organisation of events such as quiz nights and special functionsStep up to manage the pub in the absence of the Manager About You
Previous experience in hospitality or pub managementPassionate about customer service and creating great experiencesPositive, energetic, and a strong team playerWell organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and willing to work evenings and weekends What’s on Offer
