ER Advisor / HR Advisor - Interim
Circa £35,000 | Remote - UK based Immediate start preferred | Contract until the end of January 2027
Are you an experienced ER Advisor or HR Advisor with a strong background in absence management? Join a manufacturing business on an interim assignment, supporting managers with employee relations cases and improving the tools they use.
The Role: This opportunity combines hands-on absence case management with reviewing ER guidance and supporting virtual training. You will help managers navigate employee relations matters using a practical, empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities: * Support managers with short-term and long-term sickness absence cases. * Provide clear advice and guidance throughout the absence management process. * Review and update employee relations toolkits and templates in line with new integrated Business Unit standards. * Organise and co-facilitate virtual workshops on absence management, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
About You: * Previous experience in an ER advisory or HR advisory role. * A strong track record of supporting absence cases. * A pragmatic, empathetic approach to advising managers. * Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. * Clear communication skills and confidence helping deliver virtual training. * Availability to commit until the end of January 2027, ideally starting immediately.
