Key Responsibilites
Lead, coach and develop credit control and billing teams to enable a high-performing culture with clear objective setting, career development and succession planningLead cross-functional engagement with Finance, Commercial, Operations and external stakeholders to deliver OTC KPISMaintain design of the AR Finance solution including processes and policies Experience desired
Proven ability to lead teams through effective performance management coaching and career development as a strong leader.Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders creating accountabilityExtensive experience leading Finance AR functions including credit control, billing and collections management.Effective written and verbal communication
