Commercial Valuation Surveyor
An opportunity has arisen to join a reputable London based firm of Chartered Surveyors, carrying out commercial valuations throughout Kent. This is an " in the field" home based role covering Kent.
Our client is a highly successful Surveyors and Valuer with a team of eight Chartered Surveyors, all of whom are RICS Registered Valuers.
The company strives to deliver a bespoke valuation service to clients worldwide with clients including Private Banks, Lending Institutions, Solicitors, Accountants, Hedge Funds, Mortgage Brokers and Private Clients.
About the role:
The ideal candidate is someone who is able to value both commercial and mixed-use properties. They value industrial units, offices, high street shops and restaurants and commercial units with flats above.
All their surveyors have geographical areas of expertise but depending on workload, this role is focused on Kent.
Our client is looking for applicants with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE - MRICS qualification
(as a must) . The ability to undertake Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports would be an advantage but is not essential.
