Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring the highest standards of care and educationSupport, motivate, and mentor Early Years Practitioners within the roomPlan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS frameworkMonitor children's learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessments The Ideal Candidate Will
Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or above)Have previous experience working as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to step upHave experience leading, supporting, or mentoring colleagues within a nursery environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and highly regarded nursery in Fulham that truly invests in both its children and staff.
