Description
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Process starters, leavers, salary changes, pensions, statutory payments, and payroll adjustments.Perform payroll reconciliations, checks, and validation activities.Support pension administration and monthly pension reconciliations.Handle payroll queries from employees and stakeholders in a timely manner.Work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.Provide additional support to the payroll team during peak periods and project work. Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Senior Payroll Administrator, or Payroll Officer.ADP experience.Strong end-to-end UK payroll processing experience.Able to hit the ground running with minimal training Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing payroll deadlines.Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll systems.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders across the business.Available to start immediately.
