You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth processing of client business and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and processing new business applicationsManaging client records and maintaining CRM systemsLiaising with providers and clientsSupporting advisers with valuations, reviews, and documentationProcessing withdrawals, fund switches, and policy servicingAssisting with compliance and administrative tasksEnsuring high levels of accuracy and client service About You
Previous experience within an IFA or wealth management environmentStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detailExperience using back-office systems and provider platformsA proactive and team-oriented approach Benefits
