We are working with a friendly and growing accountancy practice in Ilford that is looking to appoint an Accounts Semi Senior to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous practice experience who is keen to broaden their technical knowledge, work closely with a varied client portfolio, and progress their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.Assisting with the preparation of management accounts.Preparing and submitting VAT returns.Supporting the production of corporation tax computations.Liaising directly with clients regarding accounting queries.Maintaining accurate client records and accounting software.Supporting senior team members with client assignments and ad-hoc projects.Building and maintaining strong client relationships. About You
The successful candidate will have:
AAT Level 3 qualification (or working towards Level 4).Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment.Good knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, and accounts preparation.Experience using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
