Support Worker (Adults) - Ad Hoc
Lincolnshire | £13.17 per hour | Days & Nights Available
We are recruiting Support Workers to provide flexible ad hoc cover within a supported accommodation service for vulnerable adults.
You will support adults to develop independence, manage daily living skills, access community services, maintain accommodation, and achieve positive outcomes. You'll provide practical and emotional support while promoting wellbeing, safety, dignity, and choice.
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting vulnerable adultsBackground in adult social care, supported housing, homelessness, or mental health servicesKnowledge of safeguarding and risk managementStrong communication and record-keeping skillsFlexible and reliable approach to work Shift Patterns:
Days: 8:00am - 11:00pmNights: 11:00pm - 8:00amAd hoc/bank shifts availableWeekend availability preferred A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the location and shift patterns.
