Coventry (CV3) £14.00 per hour Temp to Perm Nights | 20 or 30 Hours per Week + Overtime
We are recruiting a Family Assessment Worker to support families within a residential assessment service in Coventry. You will observe parenting capacity, monitor family interactions, complete detailed reports, and contribute to safeguarding and child protection assessments.

Observe and assess parenting abilities
Monitor child care routines and family interactionsComplete detailed observation records and reportsSupport families to develop positive parenting skillsFollow safeguarding and child protection proceduresWork as part of a multidisciplinary team Requirements
Experience in family support, safeguarding, child protection, or residential careStrong observation and report-writing skillsAbility to produce factual, professional recordsFlexible to work night shifts, including lone workingGood understanding of safeguarding practices What We Offer
