Brook Street Recruitment is workikng on behalf of our cleint in Belfast who are looking for a new member for their Print Finishing Team.
This position would suit anyone with any machine experience in a manufacturing environment. Career advancement opportunities may exist for the right candidate.
Job Purpose
To finish digital print to industry leading standards in a busy environment. Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Finish digital print work to exact specifications, client deadlines and the company's high standards of quality.Carry out work according to Northside procedures and using in-house computerised administration and workflow systems.Flexibility is essential to meet client's needsMaintain correct documentation.Clean and maintain equipment.Undertake all training and development activities as is required.Maintain high levels of customer service and build good internal and external customer relationships.Identify and act on improvement suggestions.Implement and maintain best practice in communication at all times with all colleagues.Ensure all work is carried out in line with the company's strive for continuous improvement.Maintain quality standards.Undertake such other duties as may be required commensurate with your position.Any other reasonable duties at the request of management Essential Criteria
GCSE Maths and EnglishYou should be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in the following areas: Verbal and written communicationAccuracy and attention to detailNumeracyWell organised with the ability to prioritise accordinglyMeeting targets and achieving deadlinesProblem solvingInterpersonal skills Desirable Criteria
2 years' experience of working in the print industry Working Hours: 40 hours per week - shifts may be required. Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience. circa 27k There is overtime and a monthly and annual performance bonus scheme.
