Production Operative - Dewsbury (Flexible Ad-Hoc Work Available)

Manpower is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Dewsbury. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, ad-hoc work and the chance to earn some extra money in the run-up to Christmas. Shifts are offered as and when required, making this role ideal for candidates who can be flexible and are available at short notice. Whether you're looking to supplement your current income, fit work around other commitments, or simply earn some additional cash during the festive period, we'd love to hear from you.
Working Hours
Rotating Shifts (when available)
Morning Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 1:00pm FridayAfternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 9:00pm Friday Please note that this is an ad-hoc position, and shifts are not guaranteed each week. Candidates will be contacted when work becomes available.
Pay Rates
£14.62 per hourIncrease to £16.10 per hour for candidates offered longer-term assignments after 12 weeks Important
Due to the location and early start times, applicants must have their own transport or live within walking distance of the site.
Key Responsibilities
Packing orders and preparing products for dispatchFeeding machines and monitoring production processesPerforming routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenanceConducting quality checks to ensure product standards are metMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentSupporting other production duties as required What We're Looking For
