Job Responsibilities
Carry out finishing tasks on manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standardsInspect finished items for defects and ensure compliance with specificationsOperate finishing machinery and tools safely and efficientlyApply surface treatments, coatings, or other finishing processes as requiredMaintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiencyAssist in the preparation of products for dispatch, including packaging and labellingFollow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a finishing or manufacturing environment is preferredGood attention to detail and high standards of quality assuranceAbility to operate finishing machinery and hand tools safelyStrong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressureExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeBasic understanding of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing settingRelevant certifications or training in finishing techniques or machinery operation are advantageousPhysical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required Why Join Us?
