Our client is a vibrant and fast-growing mid-sized law firm based in Hertfordshire, known for its modern approach and supportive team culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with previous property/conveyancing experience who is looking for a varied role within an established and reputable firm.
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position, offering on-site parking, an excellent holiday allowance, and the potential to secure a training contract in the near future.
Duties will include:
Opening files and completing KYC checksDealing with source of funds and ordering searchesPreparing and sending contracts on exchangeReceipting fundsDrafting security documentsPreparing and submitting SDLT returnsHandling Land Registry registrations and expediting applicationsDealing with Land Registry requisitionsCompleting Companies House registrationsServing notices of transfer and chargeDealing with redemptions, including DS1s and redemption figuresDrafting and providing undertakingsGeneral file administration and providing day-to-day administrative support The ideal candidate will have previous experience within conveyancing, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
