Hugely successful business, with significant headcount growth in recent years. Now seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join in an end to end marketing role. The role:
This is significant hire for the business and offers an incredible opportunity to work in a progressive, ambitious environment. Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of business critical brands, working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute the annual brand strategy. Responsible for ATL channels including: Advertising, Media planning, PR, Digital marketing, Sponsorships and Experiential marketing.Be the lynchpin between several internal teams, ensuring support and alignment with sales and trade marketing. Work alongside the wider international team, bringing brand plans to life within the UK market, as well as external agencies (including managing spend and aligning with budgets). Finally, will oversee the financial impacts of marketing campaigns, including managing brand budgets, forecasts and P&L, as well as ensuring marketing investment delivers ROI and commercial growth.
Ideal candidate:
We are keen to engage with experienced drinks professionals who have a proven track record of leading and delivering the end to end marketing strategy.Will already be operating at Brand Manager level, with previous experience in a portfolio alcohol business.Will be dynamic and have a love for the spirits industry. Is highly commercial and solution focused. Confident working alongside and presenting to senior stakeholders. Takes initiative and brings a positive outlook to their work.A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, suited to a high-growth environment.
