An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (2–7 years' PQE), CILEX or equivalent to join its growing Private Client team in Solihull.

Advising clients on wills, estate planning, inheritance tax and asset protectionManaging probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completionDrafting wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and other private client documentationAdvising executors, trustees, attorneys and beneficiaries on their legal responsibilitiesHandling Court of Protection applications and deputyship mattersAdvising on trust creation, administration and succession planningAssisting clients with later-life planning, including care fee planning and capacity issuesSupporting business development through networking, relationship building and community engagement About You The successful candidate will have:
2–7 years' PQE in Private Client law within a UK law firm (Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent)STEP qualificationStrong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection mattersExperience managing a varied private client caseload independentlyExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive approach with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Private Client lawyer to join a respected firm that offers quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive environment where your contribution is recognised.
