HR Coordinator (12-Month FTC - Maternity Cover)
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and fast-paced role within a well-established organisation?
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join a busy People team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide proactive HR support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees while ensuring a high-quality HR service.
Please note - the interview process will involve a competency based interview, written test as well as a face to face interview. This may be over 2 stages.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing contractual and payroll-related changesProviding first-line HR advice on policies, procedures and employee queriesSupporting employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries and grievancesCoordinating family leave processes and occupational health referralsSupporting recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition activitiesMaintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislationContributing to HR projects, process improvements and diversity & inclusion initiatives About you:
Previous experience within an HR functionStrong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycleExperience providing HR advice to managers and employeesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailExperience using HR systems and maintaining accurate recordsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information professionallyCIPD Level 5 or above desirable Package:
