A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Independent multi office client based in Plumstead SE18
Property Lettings experience is a must, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are also imortant qualities for this vibrant and forward thinking company.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and offers through to their successful move ins.
You will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with tenants and Landlords, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Coordinating property Market appraisals and listingsGrowing market share the company portfolioAchieving a good level of feeEffectively marketing properties to attract potential applicantsMatching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordinglyMaintaining regular contact with tenants, landlords.Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting processGuiding applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completionContributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environmentExcellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise wayEnjoy working in a team environmentA desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continuallyExperience would be an advantage but not essentialHave a strong desire to succeed within a sales environmentObtain a full valid UK driving licence
This Senior Lettings Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects. Local experience is not essential, however an understanding on the company structure and local area is preferred
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
Saturdays 9.00am - 5.00pm with a day off in the week
Salary range will be:
£25.000 - £28.000pa Basic salary
an OTE of around £38,000pa - £40.000pa
Car allowance to be negotiated
