Are you organised, hands-on, and passionate about getting the details right?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join a busy production team in Swindon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, following processes, and ensuring products are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the production process, helping to programme, label, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining the highest levels of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Match products to customer orders using the ERP systemProgramme components using specialist production applications and equipmentLabel products accurately to meet customer specificationsUnderstand and identify part numbers and product requirementsTrack order progress through the ERP systemPrepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficientlyMaintain high standards of accuracy and quality controlSupport the wider production team to ensure deadlines are met What We're Looking For

High School Diploma (or equivalent) Working Environment

This is an active role that may involve:
