We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run childcare provider in the Farsley and Pudsey area that is committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care. The nursery provides care for children from 3 months to 5 years old and prides itself on creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. The setting offers bright, well-resourced learning spaces and is led by an experienced and supportive management team dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of care and education.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, positive interactions and outstanding childcare practice.
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS frameworkSupporting children's learning, development and wellbeingPlanning and implementing engaging activitiesBuilding strong relationships with families and colleaguesMonitoring children's progress and maintaining recordsLeading and supporting room staffSupporting the day-to-day running of the nurseryEnsuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all timesAssisting with staff supervision, training and development What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (Practitioner positions)Previous nursery or childcare experienceGood understanding of the EYFS frameworkStrong safeguarding knowledgeExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA caring, enthusiastic and child-centred approachLeadership experience for Team Leader, Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager positions What's On Offer?
