We’re recruiting PIP/WCA Functional Assessors in Bournemouth, offering a structured Monday–Friday role with hybrid working. The role offers: £40,000–£42,000 salary5% annual performance bonus£1,000 salary increase after 12 monthsMonday–Friday, 9am–5pmHybrid working – 3 days in clinic25 days annual leave + bank holidaysFunded CPD and registration feesStructured training with DWP accreditationClear career progression opportunitiesSupportive, clinically-led environment As a Functional Assessor, you’ll: Conduct face-to-face, video and telephone assessmentsAssess how health conditions affect functional abilityReview medical evidenceUse clinical reasoning and professional judgementProduce detailed reports for the DWP We’re looking for: NMC Registered Nurses – RGN, RMN or RNLDHCPC Registered Physiotherapists or Occupational TherapistsMinimum 12 months UK post-registration experienceStrong communication and clinical reasoning skillsConfidence using IT systems This could suit clinicians looking for better work-life balance, structured development and a new direction without leaving their profession behind.
