The Role I am seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to manage the end-to-end movement of goods across international markets. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, external logistics providers, and operational teams, you'll ensure shipments move efficiently, documentation is accurate, and compliance requirements are met.
Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating import and export shipments from origin through to final deliveryPreparing and managing shipping and customs documentationLiaising with freight providers, carriers and key stakeholdersMonitoring shipment schedules and proactively resolving issuesEnsuring compliance with international trade and customs requirementsMaintaining accurate records and operational dataSupporting time critical logistics activities across multiple territoriesActing as a key point of contact for shipment and transport enquiries
