The Role Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Responding to breakdowns and undertaking fault diagnosisSupporting continuous improvement projectsProducing accurate maintenance reports and root cause analysisWorking closely with production teams to minimise downtimeSupporting installation and maintenance of site equipment and utilitiesPromoting and maintaining high health & safety standardsLiaising with external contractors, suppliers and OEMsAssisting with the training and development of colleagues About You Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)Previous manufacturing experienceStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsKnowledge of PLCs, inverter drives and pneumaticsProactive and solution-focused approachGood IT skills including Excel and WordStrong communication and teamwork skills This is an opportunity to join a business that values engineering excellence, rewards performance and offers genuine earning potential with a significant salary increase after probation.
