We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to join a prestigious, growing international law firm, primarily supporting the Real Estate team alongside other legal departments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team in a busy and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and partners.Diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents.Managing client files, conflict checks and AML/KYC processes.Assisting with billing, expenses and general legal administration.Liaising with clients and supporting the wider legal team. What We're Looking For Previous Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant experience within a law firm.Real Estate / Property Law experience advantageous but not essential.Strong Microsoft Office and document formatting skills.Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.A proactive, flexible and team-focused attitude.
