We're looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing organisation on an initial fixed term contract (reviewed after 1 year). This is a fast paced role focused on attracting top talent for a healthcare business, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and supporting hiring managers with recruitment requirements.
The role will be based from their Billericay office with some travel needed between other sites when needed. You will be supporting with the recruitment of a variety of positions across the business to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and ensure the right candidates are appointed to the business.
The company are open to the experience level of the candidate, and if the right aptitude and willingness to learn is shown, they would be open to providing training on some areas of the role.
Key Details 12 month initial fixed term contract08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday25 days holiday + BHStarting salary between £30-40k depending on experience Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process across a variety of rolesScreen applications, conduct pre-screening calls, and coordinate interviewsAdvertise vacancies and source candidates through multiple channelsEnsuring company values are upheld and communicated to candidatesOrganise recruitment events, open days, and careers fairsBuild strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needsMaintain accurate recruitment records and produce activity reports Experience Previous recruitment, resourcing, HR administration, or similar experienceIdeally experience hiring within care, hospitality or office support positionsExperience screening candidates and coordinating interviewsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systemsIdeally experience within volume, agency or public sector recruitment If you're a proactive and organised recruitment professional who enjoys providing an excellent customer experience and can attract great applicants we'd love to hear from you.
