We're supporting a leading international professional services organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Pursuits & Proposals Manager to join on a 6-9 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting complex international pursuits, proposals and RFP responses across multiple jurisdictions, while also helping to enhance proposal capability, processes and tools across a global network.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll coordinate high-value, cross-border opportunities, drive best practice and contribute to the development of a strategic proposals function within a highly collaborative international environment.
Key Requirements Significant experience managing complex bids, pursuits, proposals and RFP responsesProven experience coordinating international or multi-jurisdictional opportunitiesProfessional services experience is essentialExperience gained within accountancy, legal, consulting or advisory firms is highly desirableStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior individuals across different countries and culturesExcellent proposal development, project management and organisational skillsExperience improving bid processes, proposal frameworks, knowledge management resources or supporting proposal technology initiativesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously What's on Offer Opportunity to work with a globally recognised professional services organisationExposure to large-scale, strategic international pursuits and proposalsA highly visible role with significant stakeholder engagementThe chance to influence the development of proposal capability, processes and tools on a global scale
