Reed Business Support are thrilled to be supporting a well-established and growing estate agency in Cardiff with the recruitment of a Property Valuer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to join a successful residential sales team and play a key role in driving business growth.
This full-time permanent position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 with realistic earnings of up to £60,000 OTE, alongside a car allowance, monthly commission, and an annual growth bonus.
What you'll be doing:
Generating and attending residential property valuation appointments.Winning new instructions and bringing properties to market.Acting as the main point of contact for vendors throughout the sales journey.Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Ensuring sales progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.Providing expert advice on local property values and market conditions.Identifying opportunities to support clients with their wider property and financial service requirements.Working closely with colleagues across sales and financial services to deliver a seamless customer journey.Supporting the continued growth of the business through proactive business development and excellent service delivery. What you'll need:
Previous experience as a Valuer, Senior Negotiator, or Residential Sales Negotiator.A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong knowledge of the local residential property market and property values.Propertymark qualifications or relevant RICS qualifications would be advantageous.
