Your new company Working for a large housing provider that owns and manages various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.
Your new role Working within the Purchase Ledger team, you will maintain and keep the Group Purchase ledger up to date, ensuring timeliness of all group payments to maintain supplier service deliveries. Work actively within the Purchase Ledger team to constantly reduce creditor payment times and improve team performance. This is a 6-month fixed-term role and a great opportunity for someone with solid experience in accounts payable who's ready to take the next step in their finance career.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working within a financial environment for a minimum of 2 years.Proven high standard of accuracy regarding data entry. Ability to work in a high-volume transaction environment. Good communication skills and ability to respond to queries with a high level of customer service. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel. What you'll get in return
