About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a large housing organisation on a temporary basis through to Christmas. This is a busy, fast-paced recruitment role supporting managers with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across a variety of positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to onboardingSource candidates through job boards, social media, direct search and other recruitment channelsScreen applications and coordinate interviews and assessment activitiesSupport hiring managers with recruitment best practice and guidancePrepare offers, contracts and onboarding documentationConduct pre-employment checks including right-to-work and qualification checksLiaise with recruitment agencies and advertising providers where requiredEnsure recruitment processes are compliant, inclusive and in line with company policiesMaintain accurate records on recruitment and HR systemsSupport recruitment campaigns, talent attraction initiatives and employer branding activityAssist with recruitment reporting and data analysisProvide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process Experience Required
Previous in-house or agency recruitment experienceExperience managing end-to-end recruitment campaignsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience using applicant tracking systems and HR systemsGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and TeamsHighly organised with strong attention to detail Desirable
Experience recruiting within housing, public sector, social care or regulated environmentsKnowledge of onboarding and pre-employment checking processes Additional Information
