What You Will Do
Advise & Support: Lead phone and Teams consultations with business owners on contracts, letters, and employee guidance.Document Architecture: Review and draft legally compliant policies (aligned with the latest standards) protecting both employer and employee.Tech Enablement: Guide clients through our HR software, using data insights to deliver proactive support.Own Cases: Take end-to-end responsibility for client queries, building long-term working relationships. What You Need
Background in HR Administration, a CIPD qualification, or foundational Employment Law knowledge.Sharp attention to detail and high organisational drive for a fast-paced environment.Confident, empathetic communication skills over phone and video calls. The Perks Package
