Do you want a service role with a high basic salary and commission that has no ceiling? A well-established fire and security business is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to cover London and the M25. You'll be covering a patch of mainly custodial sites, plus commercial and public sector customers. There will be occasional travel to Kent and Sussex.
The role Maintain fire and security systems across your assigned areaCarry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to service callsWork in line with current standards and customer requirementsKeep customers informed and updated when arranging site visitsSpot opportunities for additional work and earn commission on it Systems you may work on
Experience with some of these is useful, and you don't need all of them: Fire alarms: Gent, Notifier and ProtecIntruder alarms: Galaxy and PyronixCCTV: Hanwha and HikvisionAccess control: Paxton and Salto About you At least five years' experience in a similar fire and security service roleGood working knowledge of fire alarm and security systemsOrganised, professional and presentableStrong customer service skills, and you're happy to deal directly with customers What's on offer Basic salary of up to £55,000Uncapped sales commission, with OTE considerably higher than the basic salaryPaid travel time, overtime and call-out payAdditional bonuses, benefits and recognition schemes How to apply
